Hii Magical Megan : )
i was just wondering how much it costs? It states $10 for the originals but what about the make copies of the dolls? We have our year 12 formal coming up and turning ourselves into dolls will be fabulous so we will degfinately be emailing you in later months. Wonderful idea!

Hi Scout,
As this is a special project, I am only doing originals at this point. If you would like to have a chat about doing your yr 12 formal and the possibility of prints, send me an email. I’d love to hear from you!

You can pay via paypal, direct deposit or cheque by mail (Australia only). You should direct an email with your full name and address to get a quote or invoice

Hi Megan,
I just read about your paper doll project in frankie, and thought it would be a great birthday present for my younger sister who loves paper dolls.
I was just wondering how long it would take for me to receive the original as her birthday is in a couple of weeks. (I live in Melbourne).
Thanks,
Sophie.

Hi Megan,
I read about your project in Frankie and instantly feel in love with the idea. It would be genius if I could surprise my boyfriend with paper doll versions of him and myself for his birthday. Please let me know what to do to organise this.
Thank you and keep up the good work.

Hi Ailish,
If you want a doll done, you email me your details and photos and I send you an invoice back so you can see how to pay. I commence the work once payment has been received.

Hi again,
I’m just confused as to the whole payment situation.
Once the picture is drawn do I contact you?

If you want a doll, you send me your details. This is because I place your postal address and name on the top left hand corner of the invoice.
Once you have received this invoice, you can decide when and how you would like to pay.
Due to the popularity of the project, I do not start work on any doll requests until they have been paid for. This is because my dolls are precious and time consuming to draw, and its difficult if I do work for someone and then they decide they don’t want it anymore. Unfortunately this has happened to me and many other honest budding artists.
You can guarantee that a lot of love and happiness goes into each and every one of my characters
Lots of peace and love,
Megan Isabella xxx

Hey, I love your dolls they are really cool, Umm could you please clear something up for me because it says in Frankie you need models for inspiration but in the comment box it seems you are getting peoples photo’s and making them into dolls. Or is that what they mean. I’m not sure.

Hi!
Good question. The Paper Doll Project is a side project I am running besides my usual artwork.
The photos that people send me are what I use as inspiration for the drawings.
This does not mean that the characters look exactly like the person in the photo!!
What it means is that I have found something cool, like a facial expression, an outfit, an overall personality or a combination of these within the photo to do a character.
If you would prefer the illustration to look life-like, I do offer another service for portraits and these do look very much like the person in the picture.
Hope that is helpful!
